Summary
Provide advice and support to managers and staff on a wide range of employment issues, including bullying and harassment, grievance, disciplinary, performance and attendance management, ensuring that problems are identified and resolved quickly, effectively and fairly and that throughout the process there is effective communication with staff and their representatives. Under the guidance of HR Manager, support managers through formal sickness, performance management processes and disciplinary investigations, by providing HR advice and attending meetings as appropriate. To support Director of HR & Corporate Services, Head of HR and HR Team on more complex cases of sickness, performance and discipline as required. To work with and support the HR Manager in updating all staff training records on ESR. Report to Departmental Manager on a monthly basis training figures and assist in ensure the LLP are meeting the agreed training targets. To assist the HR Manager and Advisor in the delivery of training sessions in their absence.
