Summary
VELUX are looking for experienced Carpenters and Roofers to join our Field Service team.
Our Field Service team provide our customers with technical support, responding to service calls and assessing technical issues with their roof windows and accessories, providing support in line with our product Guarantee.
You will be an experienced roofer or carpenter, and have experience in a customer-facing role.
You will need to live in the West London area, where you will respond to service calls at customer's homes.
You will be a representative and ambassador for VELUX and our products, so excellent customer service and professionalism is essential. You will also need to be well-organised to schedule and manage your time, and have a good level of IT skills.
As our products include Roof Windows, you may be required to work at heights and should be familiar with manual handling in accordance with Health and Safety guidance.
