Summary


Do you enjoy working autonomously and having variety in your job role?

Do you enjoy assessing different situations and liaising with other departments and colleagues across the multi disciplinary Team?

If so, we are looking for an experienced Midwife to Lead our Triage Team and this could be the job for you!

We are a kind, collaborative and compassionate team, who are committed to the development, safety and quality of our services and the experience of our women, their families and our staff.

You will ensure that as a Trust we are providing high quality care, in alignment with the BSOTS framework, to women and birthing people. To thrive in this role you'll need to have excellent communication skills, a robust knowledge of midwifery practice and enjoy working in a busy environment.The provision of seamless maternal care and well-being for all women, regardless of the level of medical risk, is at the forefront of our practice.

Our Trust has excellent standards of care, and we are constantly striving to improve and grow alongside service needs. You will be joining a highly motivated and driven team; it is essential that you are passionate about midwifery care with a niche interest in triage and the ability to work within a small core team and thrive in an adrenaline-filled environment.
