Summary

The Right City Media Ltd in Manchester are recruiting for an Apprentice Business Administrator. The successful candidate will work towards their Level 3 Business Administration, which will take approximately 18 months to complete.

Duties:
• Provide general administrative support to the Case Managers and wider department as required, including updating details for claims, using CRM to manage case load & uploading cases for our legal panel
• Initiating claim reviews
• Sending & communicating with client re claim paperwork
• Answering customer service queries & inbound service calls
• Submitting claim details to legal team

Requirements:
• Administrative background, previous customer facing role or data inputting would be preferred, but not essential
• Ability to analyse information and interpret relevant points.
• Proven ability to work as part of a team and individually.
• Good planning, organisational skills.
• Adaptability, reliance, and desire for personal development.

Grades:
No formal qualifications required.

Hours:
Monday-Thursday 9:30am-6:30pm, Friday 10am-4pm 1 hour un-paid lunch
