Summary

P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our client, who is currently seeking a Purchasing Administrator to join their team based in Great Yarmouth on a full-time, temporary basis.
Main Responsibilities:
• Using excel spreadsheet to maintain data.
• Working within the Purchasing team.
• Answering incoming calls.
• Dealing with invoices and POs.
• Inputting invoices.
• Chasing suppliers.
• Sending documentation with the supplier.
• Using an inhouse CRM System.

Person Specification:
• Able to use own initiative.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• Office experience.
• Good with IT packages
• Organisational skills.

Working Hours:
• Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00
