Summary
**Job Description Press Brake setter / Operative **
**£13.50-£15.00 dependent on experience **
Permanent Role
Stourport
Responsible for setting and operating the Press Brake to form Steel, Aluminium and Stainless Steel to provided specification. Also required to perform other miscellaneous tasks, as assigned by his or her supervisor.
**Primary Responsibilities**
* Read and interpret drawings to determine specific manufacture requirements, check components are correct to the drawing specifications
* Checking the correct specification of material is used
* Ensure work is done safely and meets quality standards
* Operate machinery used in the production process, or assist other machine operators
* If required ensure finished pats have been linished where necessary and to the appropriate standard for finishing
* Keep work areas clean and organised and take proper care of all equipment and facilities
* Follow company rules and policies
* Follow safety rules and quality standards
* Work with team members to maximise productivity and efficiency
* Uphold all ISO standards where applicable
* Ensure any paperwork corresponding to a job you have worked on is complete and signed off with all relevant information
