Summary

The Community Centre Manager will manage and oversee the operation of Strouden Park Community Centre.
Working closely with the Trustees, volunteers, hirers, and local statutory, voluntary, and commercial sector organisations, the Manager will ensure the Centre is a vibrant, well-managed facility that operates within a sustainable framework for the benefit of the residents of Strouden Park and the surrounding neighbourhood.
The Manager will be given a high degree of autonomy and will be self-motivated. The line manager for the role will be a chosen member of the board of trustees who will support and mentor the new Manager to help them achieve their full potential within the role.
The role is part-time. The core working hours are 9-12, 5 days a week. The applicants must hold a full driving licence and own a car.
