Summary
We are seeking a suitable qualified and experienced data analyst with experience of working with property management software or similar to help us to deliver an excellent property maintenance service. You will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining the Planned Maintenance databases to enable the development, procurement, monitoring and review of asset investment programmes across our portfolio. You will be responsible for validating and maintaining data relating to stock condition ensuring information is uploaded into the database in a timely manner.
We realise that data is critical in helping us maintain and modernise all our buildings, along with ensuring we make our property portfolio as energy efficient as possible.
Broxtowe Borough Council has a diverse property portfolio that ranges from Housing, Supported and Independent Living, Public and Commercial buildings - All of which, we have a responsibility to maintain, modernise and make more energy efficient.
