Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Officer (Grade F). As a Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients and ensuring smooth operations within our organization. Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective resolution of client issues
Participate in training sessions to expand knowledge and stay up to date with product and service offerings
Identify trends in client complaints and provide feedback to the management team for process improvements
Assist in the coordination and execution of various administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in a technology or service-oriented industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new software applications
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
Hours Per Week: 35.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £19.05
