Great internal communication in the NHS has the power to support frontline colleagues to drive productivity, unlock their full potential and support their efforts to transform the way they deliver outstanding care.
It is also vital in supporting our colleagues to be the best they can be, including by celebrating their successes, engaging them in helping to shape the organisation’s future, supporting them to boost their wellbeing and signposting them to vital support in the most difficult of moments.
This exciting new communications role will be focused on making all of the above happen here at Sherwood Forest Hospitals – and so much more.
This role is ideal opportunity for talent communicators to take an exciting next step in their careers. Previous knowledge of the NHS and its workings would be beneficial but are not essential.
