TeacherActive is proud to be working in partnership with a mainstream Secondary school based in Kidderminster. This role starts in immediately with both part time and full time positions available.
Your role as a general cover teacher is to ensure that all pre-set work is completed to a high standard, Behaviour in the classroom is well-managed, and provide additional help with classroom tasks when needed. No planning or preparation is required for this role, however this may be subject to change.
The successful teacher would be a proactive individual who has the ability to think on their feet when students require additional work set or need adjustments to the task at hand.
The senior leadership team at the school will offer excellent support and provide an encouraging and supportive environment.

We are currently looking for teachers with specialisms in:
• English
• Physics
• Biology
• Chemistry
• Geography

If you have a proven track record of delivering the subjects listed and are looking for a exciting new role then this is for you!
As a qualified teacher you will have:
• QTS
• Experience teaching up to KS4/Key stage 4
• Excellent communication skills
• Classroom management techniques
• A desire to make a difference
• Over 1 years' experience teaching in your subject within the U.K.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (Desired but not essential)
