Our fantastic client is currently seeking a Practice Manager to join their thriving team. As a Practice Manager, you will work alongside their Clinical Directors, in their busy and progressive small animal veterinary practice. This is a fantastic leadership role that offers immense growth potential and the chance to make a real impact.

Located on the SW London/Surrey borders, this vibrant area offers the best of both worlds. With easy access to central London in under 30 minutes by train and convenient A3 access, you can leave the hustle and bustle behind and immerse yourself in a welcoming community. Be part of a friendly and supportive team! Join a diverse and experienced group of professionals, including 8 Vets, 9 Nurses, 2 Veterinary Care Assistants, and 8 Receptionists. As a Practice Manager, you will have a range of responsibilities that contribute to the smooth operation and success of the veterinary practice. You will oversee the day-to-day management of the clinic, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance. Additionally, you will play a vital role in fostering a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, providing guidance and support to staff members, and resolving any conflicts or issues that may arise. Your leadership skills will be essential in implementing and improving operational protocols, ensuring the highest standard of care for our clients and their pets. With your strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, you will help streamline processes and enhance the overall efficiency of the practice.
