The Opportunity
A household name to many, a fantastic opportunity for a budding Digital Marketing professional has opened up. Still a relatively young e-commerce venture for this prominent high street brand built on traditional retail, their online growth continues to impress and surpass expectation.
Required is a Marketing Assistant to play the anchor role in the execution of their email marketing campaign strategies.
The Role
So what do I mean by anchor? You’ll be gluing everything together that the rest of the team are creating. Content design, strategy development and meticulous planning. The planning bit being your part.This isn’t a design role so not one for a creative but somebody who is passionate about the commercial and execution elements of marketing.The role purpose being to drive traffic to the website, largely (but not entirely) repeat customers with strong brand loyalty. Dissecting the database, working to a strategic schedule, liaising with key stakeholders in the design and photography, producing the email marketing campaign, delivering on brand, on time and “on the money”.
The Candidate
We are looking for some element of experience, that and more importantly a strong understanding of email marketing and all that goes with driving traffic to a specific platform. What is key is your ability for commercial ideas, application of a process and understanding of how to increase traction, particularly in growing a company’s digital footprint.You’ll have an eye for detail, be naturally well organised, brilliant with people and of course a budding ace at digital marketing
