Summary
Job brief: Position- Marketing Executive.
Our client, UMS International Ltd., based in Leicester is an established
business in Leicester and we constantly growing due to the growing
demand in the local area. UMS International, as a business, provide
services like sales of mobiles, electronic accessories, mobile gadgets
etc. Our business is expanding and hence we are in a need of a
Marketing Executive to support our growing team. The candidate will
have vast experience and knowledge about marketing in the mobile or
electronic industry accompanied with a bit of sales experience. This will
assist us, to generate revenue for the growth of the business. This
involves creating strategies that will increase lead generation, increase
customer database, and grow the business to make high level of
customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends,
customer needs and competitors.
• Analyse market data, consumer behaviour, and competitor
strategies to identify opportunities and threats.
• Set clear marketing objectives, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators),
and budgets.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple
channels, including digital, social media, email, print, and events.
• Create compelling and relevant marketing content, such as blog
posts, articles, videos, infographics, and social media updates.
• Manage the company's online presence, including the website,
social media accounts, and online advertising.
• To contact clients and increase the sales by demonstrating various
sales schemes and promotions.
• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including
newsletter creation and segmentation.
• Monitor progress of promotions/offers and report performance to
the directors to proactively implement controls to improve.
Desired characteristics and attributes
• Degree or diploma in marketing, business administration with
marketing experienced.
• Proven experience as marketing executive in mobile/electronics
sales and repair industry.
• 1 to 2 years of experience as Marketing Executive would be
advantageous.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Good understanding of market research techniques.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with marketing campaigns.
• Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and
marketing best practices.
• Inventory, sales, delivery, and commercial awareness.
• Strong communication both verbal and written.
Qualifications- Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing and/or
relevant experience is similar roles.
