Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen, to become part of a family run business, as a Horticultural Manager.
Based at Cherry Lane, Tickhill

We are looking for a successful candidate that has excellent knowledge of the horticultural side of a business and can also deliver exceptional customer service.
Your duties will include managing a small Horticultural team, replenishment & displaying the stock to their full potential, nurturing our beautiful flowers and plants, assisting with deliveries and helping our loyal customers.
This position is for someone with a passion for gardening and leading a team, so horticultural and management experience is essential. We are always happy to see photographs of gardens too, so do bring them along should you wish to.

Hours are 40 per week over 5 days, working alternative weekends to ensure a healthy work/home like balance.
