FIXED TERM (6 Months): 20 hours per week
SALARY: £17.12 to £18.53 per hour
LOCATION: Crediton
We are looking for an ambitious, results-driven, strategic thinker with great leadership qualities to help us maintain and grow the high standards of our swimming lesson programme. You will have excellent people skills and a flexible approach to success. Excellent communication skills, organisational and time management skills will be essential to the role.
You will be responsible for recruiting, training, motivating and evaluating swim teachers and will work closely with the Leisure Business Manager to develop comprehensive programmes of group and individual swim instruction. This role will provide you with the opportunity to be innovative, creative giving you a principal role in the operations of the business.
