Summary
We are seeking a dependable live-in full-time carer housekeeper in Tollesbury to offer personal and practical assistance to an elderly individual while also maintaining the upkeep of the client's home.
Working hours: 7 days a week, 12 hours a day with breaks (can be long stints or 2 carers on a rota)
Duties include:
provide comprehensive personal care, including moving and handling, hoisting, changing pads, and maintaining personal hygiene
offer companionship and ensure the client's safety and comfort
assist the client's wife with general cleaning and home maintenance tasks, including mopping, hoovering, dusting, and emptying/cleaning trash containers
make beds and change linens as needed, tidy up rooms, and manage laundry and ironing
run errands as necessary
cook and prepare meals according to requirements
They require someone who has a valid UK residence permit. The client is looking for someone to start on May 13th.
