Summary

Do you like a bit of variety where every day at work is different to the last?

Discovery are looking for Support Workers to support 1 gentleman who lives in his own home, as well as working within a supported living home supporting 4 gentlemen and 1 lady, you will be sharing your time between both homes giving you flexibility and providing a diverse role.

The gentleman has a passion for the outdoors and would love support workers who will share his enjoyment of being out and about taking a walk around Ninesprings or a trip to the seaside.

The 5 people who live at The Old Farmhouse also love to get out and about, they have cars enabling them to do lots of things close to home or a little further away.

Your role as a support worker will also involve supporting with daily activities such as personal care, finance management, shopping, cooking and cleaning.

The most important part is the encouragement to live a fun and fulfilled life for each person we support.

Full UK Driving licence is essential for this role.
