Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Site Engineer to join our team for an exciting large structures project near Banbury. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the delivery of this prestigious project, ensuring the highest standards of quality and precision are maintained throughout the construction process.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the project team to plan, coordinate, and execute construction activities.
  • Conduct site surveys, set out works, and establish benchmarks to guide construction progress.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control procedures to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to resolve engineering challenges as they arise.
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to facilitate efficient project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports, measurements, and as-built drawings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Site Engineer working on construction projects.
  • Proficiency in surveying techniques, setting out, and construction methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
