Summary

Clinical System Administrator Lead
Salary: £ 34,028.93
Location: Gosforth (hybrid working)
We have an exciting new role and opportunity to join our IT team here at Everyturn.
You will manage the Clinical Systems Management function, overseeing the administration of Everyturn’s new clinical management systems being implemented under Project Heart, including ongoing business as usual support, maintaining both the system’s security and operational efficiency. This includes providing configuration, training and troubleshooting, including backup, security management, user account management, user guidance and applications support.
About the role
Everyturn has launched Project Heart in 2024, a strategic initiative to deliver a comprehensive digital transformation within our organisation, focusing on front-line talking therapies, community and crisis services, and registered services by replacing current systems with industry leading clinical management systems. Project Heart seeks to enhance operational effectiveness, achieve clinical excellence, and elevate the overall patient experience. The project involves decommissioning our legacy clinical management system and adopting industry-leading off-the-shelf products and configurable solutions from reputable vendors.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all system management and administration is in place for the clinical systems supported by the IT Department. Also, ensuring that resources are in place to safely manage and run the systems effectively. This post will also manage the interactions between the IT departmental System Managers and Service Managers, including Forums and communications.
You will also oversee the management of day-to-day system activity of the clinical and administrative staff within the new Clinic Management System(s) and line management of 2 Clinical System Administrators.
As part of the Project Heart team, you will be overseeing configuration and set up activity, testing, training, and transition to business as usual and will report to the IT Operational Manager.
This role requires excellent communication and people skills including the ability to explain technical concepts in clear concise understandable terms.
About you

SVQ/HNC in Office Administration/IT or relevant subject and evidence of ongoing CPD
ITIL certification is desirable.
Professional certifications or equivalent relevant demonstrable experience in managing enterprise IT systems.
Proficient in the use of MS Office suite of applications (MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook etc)
Well-developed problem solving and analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal, time management, negotiation and influencing skills with IT suppliers.
Effective communication skills, written and verbal.
Knowledge of Rio and PCMIS or other clinical systems is desirable.
Ability to lead and manage a team of system managers and administrators.
