As a Clayton Park Manger, you will be an integral part of our focused and energetic team, striving to achieve optimum levels of
product, quality and efficiency.
This role covers helping to run the low-risk nights department covering all areas of production from the start of the process,
quality-checking products and all the way through to despatch.

Clayton Park Bakery is a manufacturing and distribution company providing bakery products such as pies, sausage rolls, pasties,
quiches, fresh cakes and sandwiches to numerous outlets across the North West, including Booths supermarkets and football clubs
such as Preston North End, Blackburn Rovers, Liverpool and Everton. Clayton Park Bakery also run a van sales operation across the
North West.

To help manage a multi skilled team of staff to manufacture our range of savoury products producing quality bakery items
maintaining the high level of customer satisfaction currently being achieved.
Here’s What You Can Expect to be Doing
* Help manage a team of 20+ people with the help of the night Manager and Supervisor.
* Ensure all adhere to site processes and procedures.
* Ensure safe and efficient operation so all can produce and deliver unbeatable quality products.
* Ensure hygiene is maintained to the required standards.
* Working with the team to ensure the weekly production plan is completed to specification.
* Ensure all production records are completed correctly.
* Reconcile production hours to production planned hours.
* Reconcile materials and waste to production plan.
* Ensure all adhere to site processes and procedures to ensure safe and efficient operation to produce and deliver unbeatable
quality products.

A Few Things About You
* To be a positive and organised individual
* Experience of managing in a similar role desirable
* Level 3 in food safety and hygiene would be preferable, but training can be given.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* To be enthusiastic, committed and self-motivated.
* Have a positive outlook and enjoy working as part of a team, leading by example.
* Ability to work in a safe manner and consider the safety of others.
* Willing to work a flexible shift pattern which includes Bank Holidays.
