Summary


The Doncaster Perinatal Mental Health Service is expanding and there is a unique opportunity to join the team in a role to support in developing the service to strive to deliver the commitments set out in the NHS Long Term plan.

The Perinatal Mental Health Service provides specialist community care for women who are at risk of development, relapse or recurrence of a serious mental health problem. We are looking for an enthusiastic practitioner who will participate and contribute to achieving excellent quality of care for our patients. In return for this commitment, we will support and develop your potential and skills through regular supervision and development in this busy role within our friendly Trust.

The successful candidate will work in conjunction with the Perinatal Clinical Lead, Medical Personnel, and wider team to develop and deliver safe and effective services, in accordance with key national targets, clinical standards, service priorities and key performance indicators. To work in partnership with commissioners and other partner agencies to provide Perinatal Mental Health Services that achieve the best possible outcomes for service users.
