Summary


An opportunity has arisen for a fixed term up to 31/03/25, full time post for a motivated Administrative Support Officer who will be based at Nevill Hall Hospital working within the Outpatient Physiotherapy Department. We require someone who has excellent administrative and clerical skills to become a member of this dynamic team. You will work closely with the Administration Lead and local Physiotherapy Team Leader, but will also need to demonstrate the ability to work independently, prioritising your own workload and displaying initiative.

This post is fixed term/secondment for 10 months to meet the needs of the service.

You will be a strong team player with excellent communication skills. An excellent telephone manner is vital as the post holder will have direct contact with patients/carers and health professionals. The post holder must embrace change and be committed to best practice.

You will have experience using WPAS and CWS and will be required to support the Admin Lead with waiting list management and validation.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
