Summary
We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Oldham, who are recruiting for a Repairs Administrator on a temporary twelve-week contract.
The position is due to start immediately, with the potential to go full time. The hourly rate of pay is negotiable up to £16.00 via an Umbrella company.
The ideal candidate will have used the Propeller system, have excellent customer service skills and be happy to attend the office five days per week.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Taking incoming calls from the Housing Association’s tenants regarding required repairs and scheduling appointments for Trade Operatives to complete repairs works
Inputting data onto in-house systems and ensuring all data is GDPR compliant
Raising purchase orders for sub-contractors
Issuing letters of confirmation to tenants for upcoming works and providing them with updates on ongoing works
Experience required:
Experience desired in Social Housing
Experience in a fast-paced customer service role
Working towards KPI’s and strict deadlines for coordination
