Summary
• £11.50 per hour (Living wage and pension scheme)
• 20 - 40 HOURS PER WEEK, 5 DAYS OVER 7,
• SHIFTS = 5 – 8 Hours long on rota
• HOURS = between 7.15am – 11.30pm (flexible)
• Fixed Term until November 3rd 2024. in the first instance.
• Ability to work Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays essential.
Outstanding Customer service skills are essential. An applicant with good local knowledge. An ability to speak Welsh would be an advantage.
Recent experience in a similar role is preferred and be aged 18 years or over for legal reasons (service of alcoholic beverages).
You must have a smart appearance, be enthusiastic and customer oriented.
Must adhere to company dress code.
Good communication skills are essential – both person to person and via the telephone for this small hotel.
You must be able to work in a professional, courteous, friendly and helpful manner. You should be able to work under pressure and as part of a team.
Duties include
• Greeting guests
• Taking orders
• Cash handling
• Serving meals and drinks
• Laying tables and clearing away
• All general cleaning tasks as required.
• Will be required to take responsibility for the smooth operating of work area
Applicants must be physically fit and reliable with the ability to work on their own initiative and maintain exceptional high standards.
