Key responsibilities include:

To provide administrative support to Temporary Accommodation Officers and Support Coordinators, including taking team calls when colleagues are out of the office.

To work collaboratively with other colleagues within Raven to assist with the delivery of Raven’s support service.

To support and manage the team’s appointments and raise repairs whilst responding to customer queries and monitoring actions on Raven’s housing management system.

For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:

Excellent customer service and communication skills, to ensure customer and colleague understanding and clarity.

Good organisation and administrative skills with the ability to use IT systems effectively.

Previous experience of providing administrative skills, including the ability to identify and raise general maintenance tasks.

You will also share our values: earning trust by being open and accountable, listening with an open mind, working collaboratively, and caring about making things better.

DBS clearance will be required for this role.

What Raven will offer in return:
