Care Administrator

The role holder will be a detail orientated individual who is passionate about delivering the highest standard of administration support. With excellent administration and organisational skills they will be providing valuable help and support throughout the office. An added bonus would to be able to support with any emergency care visits when required, full training would be provided.

We provide individualised packages of care to support and enable people to maintain their independence and enjoyment of being in their own home.

Concur Recruiters is currently going through CQC Registration in order to provide Home care services / Personal Care to the population of Essex and nearby Home Counties.

Job Summary

The position will be based at the Company’s Colchester office.

· 08:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday

1.Main responsibilities

1.1 Provide administrative support to the office

1.2 Maintain and produce accurate and effective records

1.3 Provide clerical support as appropriate including diary management, photocopying, filing, typing letters and maintaining personal records

1.4 Provide a focal point for visitors promoting a positive image and customer service approach

1.5 Answer and deal with all telephone and face to face enquiries in a professional manner

1.6 Ensure Service User and Support Worker files are kept up-to-date and all the relevant information changes implemented

1.7 Collating information and undertaking research as and when required

1.8 Providing recruitment support to the office (if required) including pre-screening, arranging interviews, applying for references and applying for DBS

1.9 Providing electronic call monitoring support (if required) and responding accurately to any alerts to ensure that care calls are delivered in a timely manner

1.Managing stakeholders and their requirements

1.1 To communicate on a regular basis with your peer group

1.2Be involved with and attend meetings

1.3 Provide support to other office staff as required

2.Occasionally, you may be required to

4.3 Undertake other duties as requested by your Line Manager such as delivering care visits in an emergency etc.

Desirable skills

·Entry level experience in an administration role within a service delivery/customer service environment

·Strong organisational skills and adaptable working in a fast-paced environment

·Excellent attention to detail

·Ability to manage and prioritise workloads

·Confident using own initiative to respond to situations and problem solve

·High standard of verbal and written communication skills

·Ability to manage your own time to achieve tight deadlines

·Proficiency in using Outlook, Word and Excel

·Working knowledge of Domiciliary Care

Salary and Benefits:

· Salary is competitive but subject to experience
