- Assist team members in addressing customer queries effectively.
- Investigate booking histories to provide balanced and informed responses.
- Complete post-sale activities essential for the company's operations.
- Resolve customer complaints and queries over the phone and via email.
- Respond to customer feedback and reviews promptly.
