Role overview
Stevenswood are looking for an additional Branch Assistant at our Warrington trade counter due to continued growth.
Branch Assistant role:
The essence of what we do is to provide excellent service. Utilising good people skills and building solid connections with our
customers, generating accurate quotations and orders using Window Designer, scheduling deliveries and collections, answer and
resolving any queries as they may arise. Being a team player within a close-knit team, supporting the contact of customers to
introduce Stevenswood’s wider products and services and assisting with general branch operations.
Skills and Experience:
* Product knowledge is highly desirable
* Ability in building strong business relationships and rapport with trade customers
* Being a team player and delivering great customer service - finding solutions and thinking on your feet
* Ability to unload deliveries which involves heavy lifting
* Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented
* Confident IT user - training on Window Designer and IT systems will be given
