Summary
We are looking for a talented salesperson to join one of the Country’s leading sign manufacturers to drive business and deliver results in an efficient manner. This is an exciting time to join the team as we begin the delivery of our ambitious new strategy including targeting other areas of the industry . This is the start of the Sales journey, and we need someone that is willing to grab the opportunity. We’re looking to grow the Sales team rapidly. Promotions and growth are in your hands.
As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be focused on outbound leads.
The role:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies.
Introducing our services to clients and prospecting their eligibility
Work closely with the Sales Director to enhance your work and nurture short- and long-term business.
Achieve goals for engagement, pipeline development and booked meetings.
Report findings and share best practices with the company gained through strategic engagement with the market.
Be able to close the deal and sign the prospect as a new client.
Be motivated to develop new business opportunities by networking and growing your portfolio, whilst still maintaining exceptional standards of relationship management with your existing clients
The successful candidate will ideally have:
Experience of sales in Large Format and Signage or similar industry
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to quickly develop rapport and influence others.
Capability to simplify and clearly explain complex/technical issues.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
A genuine go-getter attitude with a desire for constant self-improvement. Resilient in the face of rejection and learns from such.
Committed to pursuing a career in sales.
Full UK driving license.
