Workplace+ Compliance Coordinator

Where: Our Head Office - Northampton Business Park, Northampton, NN4 7SL

Hours: 37.5hrs per week

Salary: £23,400 per annum

What is Workplace+?

Workplace+ is a Time & attendance system that helps managers and employees manage their working hours, shifts, holidays, and absences. It is used by Mitie across various departments and locations. It is a vital tool that ensures accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in our organisation.

What will you do?

Assist with testing and improving the system's performance and effectiveness whilst providing answers to inquiries from front end users through phone, email, or Microsoft Teams. In addition, you will identify and resolve issues and errors with the system and coordinate with IT to create reports and pull compliance data as required.

What do we expect from you?

-Show that you have, good skills in administration and organisation with the assurance to handle demanding discussions.

-Collaborative - Able to work by yourself or with others.

-IT skills - High level of technical proficiency in all areas. Excel and PowerPoint at least to a moderate level

-Ability to rank tasks and deal with change well.

-Good skills in analysis and ability to spot patterns in large data sets.
