Summary
Type: Part Time - 8 Hours on a Sunday.
We are currently looking for a Duty Manager to work on Sundays at Valentines Mansion and Gardens! Valentines Mansion is our stunning Grade II* listed building surrounded by beautiful views across Valentines Park.
Your roles as a Duty manager will be to oversee our Sunday open days. You wil be required to supervise volunteers, conduct health and safety checks, and manage building operations under the guidance of the Front of House Manager. Each Sunday we host small activities for Visitors which requires supervision to ensure a smooth experience for Visitors.

Job requirements:
Oversee Sunday operations at Valentines Mansion and Gardens, ensuring smooth management during open days.
Supervise and coordinate volunteers effectively to maintain a welcoming and functional environment.
Conduct daily health and safety checks in compliance with established protocols and guidelines.
Responsible for opening and closing procedures of the Grade II* listed building as per operational requirements.
Collaborate closely with the Front of House Manager to execute building checks and adhere to established standards.
Ability to manage and oversee small activities taking place on Sundays, ensuring they align with the venue's guidelines and standards
