Summary
Senior Service Advisor
- Basic Salary: Circa £30,000, plus bonus OTE £36,000
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm, plus Saturday mornings on a rota basis

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Service Advisor in the Coventry area.
Our client is an Automotive well-established and customer-driven car dealership and they are seeking a Senior Service Advisor to join their busy Service Department.
For your hard work as a Senior Service Advisor for our Client, you can expect a salary with up to £36,000.
Duties as a Senior Service Advisor will include:
- Professionally communicate with customers about repair work required on their vehicle
- Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems
- Update Customers and Vehicle Records
- Part of this Service Advisor role will include preparing and completing Invoices
- Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work
Our Client is ideally seeking Senior Service Advisors who have previous working experience within a Main Dealer environment.
To be successful in this Senior Service Advisor role you will be customer-focused and have the ability to upsell effectively.
