Location: Cornwall / Devon (Bude, Holsworthy, Hartland)
Are you a passionate and dedicated Veterinary Nurse looking for an exciting opportunity in a rapidly growing practice? Our client is seeking a Small Animal Veterinary Nurse to join their dynamic team. With a focus on progressive veterinary medicine and a healthy work-life balance, they offer a supportive and fulfilling work environment.
• Rapidly growing practice in beautiful Bude, Cornwall/Devon area
• Independent practice with close involvement of Managers and Directors
• Emphasis on progressive approach to veterinary medicine and work-life balance
• 36-hour work week over 4 days with a rolling 5-week rota

Our fantastic client is a rapidly growing practice based in beautiful Bude, with branches at Holsworthy and Hartland. They are passionately independent with the Managers and Directors working closely with the team daily.
Bude is a hidden gem nestled on the picturesque shores of Cornwall. Boasting breath-taking natural beauty, Bude offers an idyllic backdrop for both work and play. With its rugged cliffs, stunning beaches, and vibrant local community, this extraordinary location provides a refreshing escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.
Harnessing over eighty years of combined experience, their team of skilled Veterinary Surgeons is adept at providing exceptional care and performing surgeries on a wide array of animals, including dogs, cats, rabbits, and exotics.
The role:
• Strong focus on Nurse Clinics, including investment in Nurse Clinics and laser therapy
• 36-hour work week over 4 days with a rolling 5-week rota (1 night per week, 1:5 weekends)
• working across branches, delivering excellent patient and client care, driving improvements, and supporting the vet team on the out-of-hours rota
Benefits:
• Up to £27,600 per year, depending on experience for a 36-hour work week (equivalent to up to £30,500 for 40 hours).
• 6.5 weeks of annual leave, including Bank holidays
• The practice covers RCVS (Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons) and VDS (Veterinary Defence Society) fees
