Summary
We are looking to recruit a target driven, successful National Recruitment Manager. Proven and experienced in recruiting mortgage and protection advisers, and / or working with mortgage protection advisers in a business development capacity, you will be well connected with the adviser population. Role summary:
The role is to primarily to contract Appointed Representatives to our variety of services and products within the Stonebridge Network, this is a Sales role with ambitious targets providing unlimited earning potential.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Account management and relationship building with the required target audience.
Contracting Appointed representative firms to SBG
Appointment setting with decision makers, face to face meetings, follow up calls, application assistance.
Building relationships across the Financial Services sector with the purpose of lead generation.
Reaching any targets and goals set by line manager.
Establishing, maintaining, and expanding AR prospecting base via farming efforts.
Developing and innovating ideas to recruit new Partners.
Building and maintaining knowledge of current competitor and market activity

Specialist recruiter in the mortgages sector or Lender Business Development Manager
Excellent networker

Full UK driving licence
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
Able to fully satisfy the pre employment screening process which comprises of right to work, identity, 5 years referencing, AML, credit screen, financial sanctions and DBS checks
