This established company designs and manufactures electronic and electromechanical devices used in safety-critical industrial applications. They seek an experienced Development Engineer to play a crucial role in testing new and existing product designs during development.
Role and Responsibilities
As a Development Engineer, you will:
• Utilise bench test equipment for quality and reliability assessments
• Monitor, record, and present test results
• Create basic test fixtures
• Analyse and implement effective test solutions
• Engage in component-level electronic fault-finding and diagnosis of assemblies
About You
• Ideally, HNC/HND Electronics qualified
• Experience in testing analogue and digital designs
• Familiarity with working on AC and DC voltages
• Proficient with tools like Oscilloscopes, power measurement instruments, multimeters, current probes, temperature recording and logging, climatic chambers, signal generators, etc.

• Salary: £35000 - £44000
