Summary
Housing and Neighbourhood Services Assistant
£24,639.30 - £28,713.30 per annum – Pro Rata
Fixed Term to 31st March 2025 28 hours per week, 9am – 3:30pm Monday and 9am – 3pm Tuesday to Friday
We are looking for a well organised, enthusiastic and ambitious person to join our Housing Management team in our Helensburgh Office.
The successful applicant needs to have a minimum of three higher grades and hold or be prepared to achieve a Chartered Institute of Housing Level 4 Diploma in Housing.
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer care to our tenant’s which will include arrears management, managing anti-social behaviour, estate inspections, estate management, tenant participation and assistance with all other aspects of tenancy conditions.
