This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Kitchen & Bathroom Fitter to join their Kitchen and Bathrooms team in their Oxfordshire locality.
Your new role
As a Kitchen / Bathroom Fitter, you will be responsible for carrying out installations from rip out to finish as well as Plumbing repairs and maintenance works to properties where required. Your main day to day tasks will include, however not be limited to the following -
- Bathroom installation including tiling, basic carpentry, decorating/finishing (experience of vinyl floor laying would be advantageous but not a requirement).
- Replacement sanitary ware and baths, shower trays and level decks and associated equipment
- Installation of new pipe work (copper, speed fit, waste, rainwater)
- Installation of new sundry items such as taps
- Fitting prebuilt kitchen cupboards and base units
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will need to hold a minimum of NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing, or have at least 5 years of relevant Plumbing or Multi Trade experience. You must also hold a full UK driving license as you will be driving a company van between jobs. Ideally, you would also have previous experience working within a Social Housing environment.
