If so, you might be interested in our Procurement Manager opportunity.




Package: £65,000 pa with excellent benefits including 25 holiday days (plus your birthday off), Paid day off for charity work,
Group life assurance, private medical insurance, and pet insurance discount.



We are flexible on the location of this role, it can be based remotely within the UK, hybrid or based within our Amesbury office.




What we look for in you as Procurement Manager

* Strong procurement experience, including IT, will have owned and led a procurement function with proven success
* First-rate communication and relationship management skills with the ability to engage, negotiate with and manage key
stakeholders and suppliers
* Strong and confident negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels
* Excellent people management, coaching and career counselling skills
* Able to easily work from home with a quiet space and good internet connection




What you`ll get up to as Procurement Manager

To give you an idea what to expect, you`ll be:

* Owning the end to end procurement process for all high value, high complexity spend across multiple departments
* Support with wider group procurement to drive and develop category strategies in key areas.
* Negotiating and managing the ongoing performance and effectiveness of vendors
* Providing Procurement support for the business on various projects
* Supporting, motivating and developing the Procurement team
* Inspiring confidence and building strong internal relationships with key stakeholders
* Promoting central Procurement policies and procedures, ensuring compliance across the organisation
* Actively looking for ways to improve current processes
