We are looking for a highly motivated Administration Team Leader who preferably has a comprehensive knowledge of NHS secretarial and administrative procedures. This is a newly created post to support the team of administration staff and Physical Health Support Workers working across Primary and Secondary Care within the SMI physical health project.

This is a part time vacancy of 22.5 hrs per week. The post holder may be required to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service.

To ensure the provision of an effective integrated admin service across the physical health check project.

To operate a range of confidential manual and computerised information recording systems and to assist with the development of new systems in line with policy

To ensure that the administration team provide a high standard of Customer Care, promoting, adapting and sharing best practice between departments and teams.

Manage and supervise administration and secretarial staff working within the project.

Provide secretarial support to the Primary Care Team leads as required.

Assist the administration staff with their duties where required.
