Hours and days: 40 hours Monday - Friday 7:30 - 4:30
Looking for a challenging role in the construction and property maintenance industry? We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of all contractual outputs and ensuring compliance with all statutory, mandatory and reactive performance indicators. You will also oversee the effective and timely delivery of maintenance and response works, ensuring compliance with all health and safety and environmental standards and policies.To be successful in this role, you will have experience managing and supervising staff in construction, property maintenance, or a related field. You will have excellent planning, directing, and controlling skills, as well as the ability to solve problems and make decisions. You will also hold an HNC or equivalent level qualification in a Building/Civil Engineering or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline, as well as a management level qualification in H&S and Environment (e.g. SMSTS).
