Summary
Job Title: Sales Manager
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract ending 23/05/2025
Salary: £49,125.64
Working Hours: 35 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday – Hybrid

The difference you will make as a Sales Manager.
You will be responsible for leading our Sales and New Business team, driving national sales service and ensuring annual goals are met. Additionally, you'll play a key role in contributing to the development of new products focused on low-cost home ownership and intermediate tenures.
About you
We are looking for someone with
- Successful track record of sales & marketing of the Affordable Shared Ownership product within a Housing Association.
- Experience of managing budgets.
- Experience of successfully leading, managing and motivating teams, including
- managing team performance.
- In depth knowledge of industry legislations.
