Summary
Frontline Recruitment in Weymouth are looking for a Production Operative to join one of our clients in a busy environment in Milborne St. Andrew.
This role suits to a hard-working candidate with the right attitude and skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate press machinery to shape and form wooden components for chairs.
Monitor production processes to maintain efficiency and quality standards.
Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet specifications.
Assist with assembly and finishing tasks as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred but not essential.
Familiarity with woodworking machinery and tools is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and processes.
This role is a Temp Ongoing with the possibility to be taken into consideration to become permanent after a period of time, where good benefits package will be offered for the right candidate: 25 days holiday + bank holiday, pension, sick and medical cover.
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7AM to 4.45PM.
