Summary
Do you have some spare time each week to make a difference in a young person’s life? Are you a caring, proactive and motivated individual with a passion for supporting others? If so we would like to hear from you.
We are looking for someone to support a young male teenager and act as a friend and mentor.
As a Personal Assistant your duties will include supporting to build confidence and promote independence and access the community for social/leisure activities.
Previous experience in a similar role desirable but not essential. Knowledge of what is of interest to a teenager would be helpful.
A driver with a full clean license is preferred with access to own vehicle.
This is a part time position for 3 hours per week term time and 6 hours per week non-term time with an hourly rate of £12.40 plus paid annual leave and workplace pension scheme.
