Job Title: Children's Home Deputy Manager
Job Type: Full Time Permanent Role (39 hours)
Earnings: £34,800 - £40,800 per annum

Prospero Health and Social Care are supporting a leading residential childcare provider based in the South of England who are looking for a passionate, fun-loving and child-centred Deputy Manager for their 1-bedded home in Weymouth. This is a great opportunity to advance your career with a well-respected company.
Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of 8 Residential Support Workers
- Building strong relationships with children based on empathy and trust
- Providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to grow and learn
- Ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and legislative frameworks
- Supporting the professional development of staff members
- Participating in overnight stays (sleep-ins) at the home as needed
- Build on a great reputation in the community
Requirements:
- A minimum of two years of leadership experience in a Children's Residential Setting
- Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare (Level 5 preferred), or the Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce.
- A valid UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
- Experience with Ofsted inspections
