Summary

This is an exciting 12 month fixed term contract for an experienced administrator with an interest in developing processes, data inputting, data management and analysis to support use of the Sentinel Stroke National Audit Programme (SSNAP) in the City and Hackney stroke community rehabilitation pathway.

The Sentinel Stroke National Audit Programme (SSNAP) is a major national healthcare quality improvement programme.  The SSNAP audit database measures how well stroke care is being delivered in the NHS.

We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, innovative and engaging, with excellent communication skills, and experience of database systems to review current processes and work with the Adult Community Rehabilitation Team and the Integrated Independence team in preparation of the new National data set for stroke launch in July 2024.

The post-holder will provide comprehensive high quality administrative and support to the City and Hackney community rehabilitation teams (Adult Community Rehabilitation Team and Integrated Independence Team) to develop processes and to manage Sentinel Stroke National Audit Programme (SSNAP) data efficiently, for improved analysis, and use across the City and Hackney Stroke pathway.

The successful candidate will be independently responsible for organizing, managing and developing the administration and data management support for the City and Hackney community stroke rehabilitation pathway.

This post is part of a Stroke Quality Improvement for Rehabilitation (SQuIRe) initiative to improve the quality of the community SSNAP data across NHS North East London and will support the teams to input data in a timely way and support the transition to the new data set in July 2024.
