Are you an experienced roofer, looking for a new challenge? Do you want to be part of a wider team, joining one of Scotland's largest, family owned FM providers?
The package of the Roofer:
• Basic salary of £32,000
• 32 days annual leave
• 1-8 on call - £100 standby with a minimum of 3 hours for first call
• additional training opportunities
• Van, Fuel card and Opt in Personal Use
The Roofer will be responsible for:
• Responsive/Reactive and planned maintenance across the contract
• Work as part of a team, completing set work in-line with SLA's
• Adhere to company policies, and H&S regulations
• Working on: flat roof repairs, pitch roof repairs, gutter repairs, cement works, harling repairs, as well as other maintenance works
The Roofer will have:
• C&G in Roofing
• Experience in maintenance
• UK Driving License
