As Lead Veterinary Surgeon, you will step into a pivotal role, taking charge of the veterinary team and ensuring the delivery of top-notch medical care to beloved patients. Your leadership prowess, clinical expertise, and unwavering commitment to animal welfare will be instrumental in propelling the practice, your team, and your personal growth. Collaborating closely with the Head Nurse, you will foster a supportive and valued team environment.
You will be joining a compassionate and caring team dedicated to the well-being of both clients and their furry companions. The practice boasts a comprehensive range of services and state-of-the-art facilities, including Ultrasound, X-ray, Dentistry, and more, ensuring they consistently provide the highest standards of veterinary care.
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in small animal practice. Excellent communication skills, the ability to handle complex medical cases, a commitment to high medical and surgical standards, and a driving ambition to contribute to the practice's continued development are must-haves.

The Rota:
• Full time role - 4 day week
• Weekend on a shared rota
• Flexible working options can be discussed
The Benefits:
• Fantastic salary - up to £70,000 FTE
• Contribution scheme - make up to an extra 20% of your base salary per quarter
• Tier 2 visa sponsorship for candidates outside of the UK
• Relocation package of up to £2000 (Up to £5000 if relocating from outside of the UK)
• CPD allowance £1500 & 3 days paid CPD leave per annum

• RCVS, VDS & BVA fees paid
