Purovets is in search of a skilled Veterinary Surgeon to join a team at a thriving first opinion practice. This exciting opportunity entails a blend of consulting and surgical work they will also provide the flexibility for vets who have a preference for consulting to engage in additional consultations throughout the day.
The practice is situated in a prime location that harmoniously combines suburban tranquillity with seamless access to Leicester's urban offerings. Positioned conveniently near major thoroughfares, including the M1 motorway, this location serves as an ideal hub for both local engagements and regional excursions.
Our client operates from two dynamic sites, each equipped with state-of-the-art amenities. From cutting-edge digital x-rays to advanced ultrasound machines, modern operating facilities, in-house blood machines, microscopes, and comprehensive dental equipment, our client's practice is fully equipped to deliver top-notch care.
The practice boasts a team of six experienced Veterinary Surgeons, with four members accumulating more than a decade of expertise, and two additional skilled vets. This cohesive and collaborative group thrives on effective communication, mutual assistance, and unwavering support. Complementing their efforts are eight dedicated Registered Veterinary Nurses, along with two proficient Receptionists and two diligent Animal Care Assistants.
The Rota:
• Permanent, Full/part-time
• 40-hour week over four days
• 1:5 Saturday morning shifts
• No OOH
