The company:

A regional and growing multi-disciplined main contractor that operates across the new and refurbishment construction sectors delivering a wide variety schemes including education, residential, healthcare and commercial.

The role:

As a Construction Planner you will be joining a very well resourced preconstruction team and be responsible for working closely with commercial, design and production teams to build up project programmes that achieve an optimal build sequence, establish key milestones, identify risk areas so they can be mitigated to ensure successful project delivery is achieved.

You will be using Asta Power Projects and be involved in multiple schemes which are in early stages of development as well in the construction phase.

What you'll need to be successful in this role:

  • Previous experience in the same or similar role and be able to demonstrate a proven track record.
  • A practical working knowledge of project programming software.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work collaboratively with multiple teams.
  • A practical experience of site operations would be a big advantage in your application i.e. transitioning from Site Engineering, Site Management or Project Management
